Cleveland State University President Harlan Sands reported on Sept. 9 that 40 members of the CSU community had tested positive for COVID-19 since Aug. 17.

As many university students wrap up their spring semesters from the comfort of home because of the COVID-19 pandemic, the logistics of a summer semester looms over the horizon for class organizers.

Stay at home orders have affected employment on a national scale through mass layoffs, canceled internship programs, increased safety measures and transitions to remote work.
