On Friday, Jan. 19, Cleveland State University canceled classes and closed campus offices due to winter conditions. CSU also extended the deadline for students to receive a full refund for dropping their courses to Monday, Jan. 22 and the deadline to add classes to Tuesday, Jan. 23.

The Cleveland area received upwards of 3 inches of snowfall overnight, with more expected as the day continues. Winter storm warnings remain in effect until 4 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 20.
