CSU men's basketball defeats Purdue University–Fort Wayne

After the Vikings' slow start in the second half, they went on a 10-0 run in the middle of the half to regain the lead and eventually win the game.

Cleveland State men's basketball defeated the Purdue University–Fort Wayne Mastodons, 75-68, at Henry J. Goodman Arena on Jan. 20. 

The Vikings played a tough game against the Mastodons, with the lead switching four times. Three-point shooting and passing were huge for the Vikings toward the end of the game. Drew Lowder was the highest scorer for CSU, with 23 points on 5 of10 shooting from three-point range. 

The Vikings had 23 assists on 29 field goals. Tristan Enaruna had eight assists, and Tae Williams finished with seven. CSU's late 10-0 run and back-to-back Lowder three-pointers sealed the Vikings' win.

The victory extended the Vikings' home winning streak to 18 games. Overall, they improved to 12-8.
