CSU cross-country wraps up 2025 season at NCAA Regionals
Cleveland State University closed out its 2025 cross-country season Friday at the NCAA Regional in Evansville, finishing 26th out of 32 teams with a team time of 1:55:32.88.
Notre Dame took first place, with Wisconsin second and Toledo third.
Ana Crangle once again led CSU, marking her seventh time as the Vikings’ top finisher this season. She placed 103rd overall in 22:03.99, with teammate Natalie Keller close behind in 105th at 22:05.98.
Three CSU freshmen rounded out CSU’s scoring pack. Annabelle Crissman finished 181st with a time of 23:21.16, followed by Kayla Crissman in 187th at 23:29.35. Madison McGarrah completed her regional debut in 24:32.40, placing 221st.
Sage Colón placed 227th with a time of 25:09.54, and Aubrey Evans wrapped up the Vikings’ lineup four spots later, clocking in at 27:03.68.
"Today's team performance was great, and I am proud of how we finished off the year," head coach Jason Hudson said. "One of the goals we had today was to beat some teams that beat us at conference, and we did that. This was truly a team effort, and I am very proud of them."
