As February begins, week four at CSU brings opportunities for career planning, academic exploration and student-led events around campus.
  • Thursday 2/5 - Careers in Psychology: Lunch and Faculty Q&A

Students interested in psychology can meet directly with department faculty during this informal lunch hosted by Psi Chi International Honor’s Society in Psychology. The Careers in Psychology: Lunch and Faculty Q&A will have professors from across the department sharing their insights into their career paths while offering guidance on graduate school options, research experiences and professional opportunities. The event runs from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in BH 201.

 

  • Thursday 2/5 - Resume and Career Fair Prep

CSU Career Development & Exploration will host a resume-focused workshop designed to help students prepare for the upcoming career fair on Feb. 11. The Resume and Career Fair Prep event will teach attendees how to refine their resumes, highlight individual skills and present themselves more efficiently to potential employers. The session will take place from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in BH 136.

 

  • Thursday 2/5 - Step Into the Legacy: Exciting NSE Opportunities at HBCUs

The Step Into the Legacy: Exciting NSE Opportunities at HBCUs, hosted by Center for International Services and Programs (CISP), will introduce students to National Student Exchange (NSE) opportunities at historically Black colleges and universities. Participants will learn about undergraduate exchange options across the U.S. and Canada within the NSE consortium. This event will be taking place from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Zoom. 

 

  • Saturday 2/7 - Queso Bueno Spring 2026 Tournament

CSU Ultimate Frisbee will host its annual Queso Bueno Spring 2026 Tournament, a hat-draw style event open to the public as a fundraiser for the team. CSU students can attend and play for free with a valid student ID, while non-students may register for a fee. The tournament will run from 9 a.m. to 5p.m. at Krenzler Field.
