Things to do around CSU week 15
As April is ending and the semester comes to a close, week 15 at CSU brings opportunities to get politically educated, reflect on the semester and take a breather with a painting session.
- Wednesday 4/29 - NPHC Yard Show Stroll-Off
Hosted by Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, students are invited to support the CSU National Pan-Hellenic Council as chapters compete in the NPHC Yard Show Stroll-Off event outside the Student Center Plaza from 6 to 9 p.m. The event will include dancing, music and end-of-semester celebrations.
- Thursday 4/30 - End-of–Semester Journal Reflection
The Psychology club will host an end-of-semester reflection in Berkman Hall 316 from 11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Students are welcome to bring a journal, write and reflect on the highs and lows of the spring semester.
- Thursday 4/30 - Distress and Paint
Link Student Association will host a Distress and Paint in the Student Center Atrium from 5 to 7 p.m. Club members will offer painting tools, desserts and good energy! If you are stressed ahead of finals weeks, this is a perfect chance to take a breather with fellow students.
- Friday 5/1 - CSU OSA Political Education Event
Hosted by Ohio Student Association, the CSU OSA Political Education Event is taking place from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. in Berkman Hall 436. This event will educate students about the upcoming midterm elections in November. They will be providing in-depth descriptions for the purpose of informing students about candidates, issues, voter registration, deadlines, identifying polling locations and more.
