Cleveland State Police Blotter April 9 - 22

A summary of recent events logged by the Cleveland State University Police Department.

April 9 & 10

 

There were no logs for April 9 and 10.

 

April 11


 

On April 9 a petty theft occurred at Langston apartments. The incident was reported two days later on April 11. This case is still open.


 

Two alarms were also logged on April 11. A supervisory smoke alarm was logged at Euclid Commons building four and a fire alarm went off at Fenn Tower.

 

April 13


 

A supervisory smoke alarm was called into Euclid Commons building one.

 

April 14 


 

A theft and motor vehicle trespass occurred April 13 at The Langston apartments and was reported on April 14. This case is listed as suspended.

 

A separate log entry that occurred April 13 and was reported April 14shows a criminal damaging or endangering case at the Langston that remains open.

 

Also, petty theft was reported at Euclid commons building two. This case has been closed.

 

April 15 


 

A supervisory smoke alarm went off at Euclid Commons building one.

 

A suspect was arrested for misdemeanor and felony warrants, assault and obstructing official business on lot 50 / M lot.

 

April 16


 

Asupervisory smoke alarm was triggered at Euclid Commons building three.

 

A menacing charge was reported at Euclid Commons building 4. This case remains open.

 

April 17


 

Two of the four logs on April 17 were alarms. A fire alarm at Fenn Tower and a supervisory smoke alarm at the physical education building.

 

A log entry at Langston Apartments occurred on April 16 but wasn’t reported until April 17. Theft, criminal damaging or endangering, petty theft and motor vehicle trespass were all logged as charges. The case is listed as suspended.

 

The final log entry for April 17 lists burglary, burglary-trespass and obstructing official business at Fenn Tower. The case is listed as arrested.

 

April 18 


 

Three of the four logs were supervisory smoke alarms. Two at Euclid Commons building four and one at Euclid Commons building three.

 

The fourth log was for theft, assault, and criminal trespass at Euclid Commons building 4. This case has been closed.

 

April 19th 


 

A fire alarm went off at the Health Sciences building

 

Two counts of petty theft were reported at the Student Center. This case remains open.

 

April 20 

 

A supervisory smoke alarm was logged at Euclid Commons building one.

 

April 21 and 22 

 

There are no logs for April 21 and 22.
