The Campus Activities Board welcomed nearly a thousand students into the Student Center-turned-casino on September 24.
“After a year of virtual events, it was great to see an amazing turnout at CABsino with 992 attendees between the two sessions,” said event planner Carley Barnett.
CABsino is an annual casino event where students receive fake money to gamble with to earn tickets that they enter for chances to win one of over $5,000-worth in prizes.
Each year has a specific theme, and this year’s was titled “It’s a Roaring Good Time,” highlighting an art deco, 1920’s-era style.
