  • Thursday 1/23 - A Civil Rights picture worth a thousand words

The event, hosted in Berkman Hall room 137 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., will also feature speaker Dr. Evan Morse, the first African American veterinarian in Cleveland, who experienced firsthand the Selma to Montgomery march in 1965. The march was led by Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., who was assassinated April 4, 1968. MLK Day was Monday, a federal holiday commemorating one of America's greatest leaders.
