The Campus Activities Board welcomed nearly a thousand students into the Student Center-turned-casino on September 24.
“After a year of virtual events, it was great to see an amazing turnout at CABsino with 992 attendees between the two sessions,” said event planner Carley Barnett.
Cleveland State University welcomed back students to campus on August 23 for the first time since the university moved primarily online in March 2020.
For the past year and a half the campus has been almost empty due to circumstances brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Cleveland Stater has been tracking all COVID-19 data that CSU has released on its COVID-19 dashboard since November 2020.
COVID-19 hasn't stopped creation from displaying the beauty of Spring. Campus is still full of life and hope in spite of an unoccupied campus Spring 2020.
