Students gathered to celebrate Women’s History Month by listening to musicians, comedians, and various other performers and speakers at the Campus Activities Board (CAB)’s "Empower Her CSU" event.
The show was the second of a two-part event organized by CAB to kick off Women’s History Month. CAB’s Diversity Events Chair Riley Roubanes took the lead in planning the event.

Candy Land Extravaganza sweetens students' return
Candy Land came alive in Cleveland State’s Student Center Jan. 16 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. as the Campus Activities Board created a sugary extravaganza to welcome students back to spring semester at Cleveland State.
Speakers played songs with titles that held a relationship with candy such as “Sucker” by the Jonas Brothers, “Sugar Sugar” by The Archies, and “Sugar Mama” by Beyoncé, while students wandered the larger-than-life game board in search of candy and games.
Engineering College's Makerspace inspires innovation
The Dan T. Moore Makerspace opened in October, 2018, and features a large variety of tools and equipment that engineering students can use. The Makerspace is located in Washkewicz Hall.
